BOOKING A CHECK-UP

The booking system was previously fully web-based. It worked well for new members but struggled with renewals, as members lacked visibility into their journey. By bringing this flow in-app, members can book their next check-up themselves, thanks to timed reminders pushed in the app, instead of being called manually by customer success every year.

RESULTS, ALL IN ON PLACE

After their exams, members receive their results in the app, where they can see their estimated biological age and the number of abnormal biomarkers or imaging results, both in a simplified and a more detailed view. This gives them a clear overview of their health, lets them track its evolution over the years, and allows them to share this data with their personal physician.

HEALTH GOALS, HABITS AND TIPS

Beyond the raw results, members receive a set of recommendations covering nutrition, treatments and supplements, or lifestyle and physical activity. These recommendations are organized around their own agenda, in what we call the Life Journal. This concept required a short onboarding to introduce it, which you can see below.

LIFE JOURNAL

Every day, members receive contextual recommendations based on their personalized program and additional inputs such as air quality or weather. Main recommendations appear in a dashboard or a classic planning view and can be completed with optional habits. Over the following months, a check-in asks whether a habit has been acquired and can suggest new ones.

TOOLS & TRACKING

Each main recommendation comes with its own tools to track progress, get reminders, and adjust objectives. The most used one is nutrition related: it lets members scan a restaurant menu and automatically highlights what to choose based on their recommendations.
